Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of foreclosure, including contested foreclosures.
• Review conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents and demands.
• Draft and review pleadings, documents, and correspondence to start and maintain actions.
• Research statutes, case law, regulatory and servicing requirements.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Update client systems with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prioritize high-volume work to meet deadlines.
• Use firm and client systems to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections rules.
