Qualifications

Prior paralegal or legal support experience in a law firm or legal department.
Strong knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines.
Experience with creditors’ rights, foreclosure, or real estate matters preferred.
Proficient with legal tech, case management systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with court matters, including foreclosure-related and creditor-related matters.
Prepare, review, organize, and file legal documents.
Track deadlines, hearing dates, filing requirements, and service requirements.
Communicate professionally with attorneys, court personnel, clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Maintain organized files and help ensure matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
