Wintrust Mortgage seeks an experienced Default Loan Servicing Specialist to manage bankruptcy and foreclosure portfolios, ensuring compliance with all laws and guidelines. You will coordinate with counsel, lenders, and vendors to oversee timelines and reporting, while guiding complex loan restructurings.

The role requires extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law and strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Competenze

• 7+ years of extensive knowledge of residential bankruptcy law, all chapters and the foreclosure process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytic and customer service skills.
• Prior work experience in collections, loss mitigation, workout group or law firm preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office family of products, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage bankruptcy & foreclosure portfolio from referrals through dismal/discharge or sale.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and investor guidelines.
• Prepare financial figures for counsel and generate remediation plans.
• Deliver monthly & quarterly problem loan reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with subserviced loan audits and third-party vendor performance.
• Supervise attorneys and oversee court processes.
