Job summary

You will oversee a third-party subservicer and monitor timelines, while coordinating with counsel and management on risk and remediation plans. The role requires deep knowledge of residential bankruptcy law, excellent communication, and experience in loan workout or collections.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential bankruptcy law and foreclosure process experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent residential loans in foreclosure & bankruptcy.
• Monitor timelines and regulatory guidelines; prepare memos and risk ratings.
• Oversee subservicer and review audits with AVP; generate remediation plans.
• Coordinate transfer of collateral to OREO; supervise attorneys and court progression.
