Wintrust Mortgage is seeking a Default Loan Servicing Specialist to manage the bankruptcy and foreclosure portfolio from referrals to disposition, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and investor guidelines.

You will oversee a third-party subservicer, monitor timelines, and prepare memos and reports for senior management while coordinating litigation and collateral matters as needed.

Competenze

• 7+ years of extensive knowledge of residential bankruptcy law and foreclosure processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytic and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Manage bankruptcy and foreclosure portfolio from referrals through dismal/discharge or sale.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and investor guidelines.
• Oversee third-party subservicer for bankruptcy and foreclosure compliance.
• Prepare financial figures for counsel and oversee monthly/quarterly problem loan reports.
• Coordinate with the CtoP loan team to resolve litigation issues and finalize draws.
