• Communicate NSR requests; liaise with engineering on timelines.
• Share near-term forecast with global operations and factories.
• Hold regular meetings to review shipments; resolve issues and escalate.
• Update sales on shipment status and issues to ensure alignment.
• Execute special/config change requests from sales and product teams.
• Plan ahead to minimize late configuration changes.
