Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using measurements and data analysis to adopt best practices.
• Plan, manage and control activities of a team providing operational support for a business segment.
• Advise on initiative prioritization, integration and resources to achieve goals.
• Ensure alignment of policies with corporate vision and develop personnel accordingly.
• Coordinate with regional sales, product engineering, and global operations to ensure accurate forecasts and timely order fulfilment.
• Oversee booking processes and document approvals; manage special commercial documents and NSR requests.
• Communicate shipment status and risks to sales and operations teams; escalate issues when needed.
