• Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues, drive resolution, and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional responses to disruptions that may affect delivery performance.
• Provide timely visibility to emerging issues through structured monitoring and reporting.
• Support active issue management by aligning stakeholders and driving action plans.
• Monitor performance trends to identify risks and enable timely intervention.
• Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through for issue resolution activities.
• Partner with planning, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and other teams to support recovery and execution continuity.
