Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues, drive resolution, and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional responses to disruptions that may affect delivery performance.
Provide timely visibility to emerging issues through structured monitoring and reporting.
Support active issue management by aligning stakeholders and driving action plans.
Monitor performance trends to identify risks and enable timely intervention.
Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through for issue resolution activities.
Partner with planning, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and other teams to support recovery and execution continuity.
