Central Florida Lincoln seeks an experienced Warranty Administrator to manage automotive warranty claims with accuracy and speed. You will work closely with manufacturer representatives, review repair orders, and ensure proper coding and submission of claims in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of warranty administration experience, strong ownership, integrity, and the ability to multitask effectively within a team.

Experienced Ford Warranty Administrator

Central Florida Lincoln is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have previous automotive accounting experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to pay excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manual
• Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives
• Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy
• Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required
• Monitors the use of special warranty programs for any type of abuse; diagnosis time and straight time to name a few
• Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission
• Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
• Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status

Job Requirements

• Previous automotive warranty administrative experience required "Minimum of 2 years".
• The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
• The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required
• Ford-Lincoln experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to pass a back ground check and drug screen
