Central Florida Lincoln is seeking an experienced Ford Warranty Administrator. The ideal candidate will have automotive warranty accounting experience and the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities include processing warranty claims, reviewing repair orders for accuracy, and coordinating with warranty representatives. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive warranty administrative experience.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives.
• Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy.
• Determines and enters labor operation codes, failure codes, and other data.
• Monitors use of special warranty programs for abuse; diagnosis time and straight time.
• Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission.
• Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid.
• Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status.

Central Florida Lincoln is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have previous automotive accounting experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to pay excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

• Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required
• Monitors the use of special warranty programs for any type of abuse; diagnosis time and straight time to name a few
• Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission
• Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
• Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status

Job Requirements

• Previous automotive warranty administrative experience required "Minimum of 2 years".
• The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability

• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus but not required
• Ford-Lincoln experience is a plus but not required
