Job summary

Central Florida Lincoln seeks an experienced Warranty Administrator to manage automotive warranty claims with accuracy and speed. You will work closely with manufacturer representatives, review repair orders, and ensure proper coding and submission of claims in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of warranty administration experience, strong ownership, integrity, and the ability to multitask effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive warranty administrative experience.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Knows and applies manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Maintains productive relationships with warranty representatives.
• Reviews warranty repair orders for completion and accuracy.
• Enters labor operation codes, failure codes, and administrative data.
• Monitors use of special warranty programs and abuse cases.
• Prepares claims for resubmission and maintains records of all claims.
• Provides weekly reports on claim status to the Service Director.
