Job summary

Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights seeks an experienced Senior Master Ford Technician (Flat Rate) to diagnose and repair complex systems, including engine, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies. Ford Senior Master Certification and Ford dealership service experience are required.

You will work onsite under the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor, mentor apprentices, maintain tools, and uphold safety and quality in every repair.

Qualifications

• Ford Senior Master Certification required.
• 4+ years advanced electrical diagnostics.
• 3+ years advanced hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems.
• Ford dealership service experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems including engine, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid tech.
• Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards.
• Complete work with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements.
• Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations.
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level technicians.
• Maintain organized, safe work environment.
