Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to Ford and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate corrective action.
• Complete work in compliance with safety requirements and company policies.
• Document repairs, diagnostic procedures, test results, and labor times on repair orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Sterling Heights Ford in the field.
