Job summary

Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is seeking an experienced Ford technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engines, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrids. You will work onsite under the supervision of the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor, with a focus on quality and safety standards.

We offer flat-rate pay based on performance, ongoing Ford factory training, tool and uniform programs, and a team environment that supports growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Ford dealership service experience required.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Diagnostic and repair expertise with Ford systems and technology.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems including engine, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid tech.
• Perform repairs per Ford and dealership standards.
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and labor operations.
• Mentor apprentices when needed.
