Troy Ford, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join a high-volume service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles, using dealer-grade diagnostics and equipment while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and ongoing training. A Ford/ASE certification path is available, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a state-of-the-art shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience required.
• Ford-certified or strong dealership experience from another franchise.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical concerns accurately.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and dealership technology.
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors.
