Bob Bell Ford Bel Air seeks an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to lead the finance team and optimize profitability across the dealer group. You will manage lender portfolios, review deal flow, and partner with the sales team to ensure compliant, timely financing for customers.

• Track portfolio with lenders.

• Support the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Maintain professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule.

• Track portfolio with lenders
