Job summary

Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth, GA is seeking a Recall Technician to deliver high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. You will perform Ford recalls to spec, handle routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations, and diagnose issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong technical skills, and clear communication with customers about recommendations and vehicle updates.

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Previous experience as an automotive lube technician preferred.
Ford Service and Recall Certification preferred.
Experience as mobile service technician preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform Ford issued recalls to manufacture specifications.
Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly.
Ensure vehicles are serviced to high standards.
Communicate service recommendations and vehicle updates to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers.
