Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth, GA is seeking an Express Service Technician to provide high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs with efficiency, upholding safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and providing Video Multi-Point inspections to customers. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive lube technician preferred.
• Experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge in automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

The Express Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly
• Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers

Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive lube technician preferred
• Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
