Gwinnett Place Ford is looking to add a Proficient and EfficientSenior Master or Master with the knowledge and expertise that comes with such a high achievement. A technician that can work across multiple specialties and provide a wide range of skills including complex diagnostics and quick turn around times.The Service Technician atGwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands while maintaining an organized schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to diagnose complex customer concerns such as can network concerns and intermittent issues
• Perform routine automotive repairs and diagnostics
• Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to Ford's standards
• Communicate effectively with advisors regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred
• Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employmentdrug screen and background check
