Qualifications

Automotive repair experience (basic maintenance) required; Ford training provided.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the Shenandoah Valley in a Ford Mobile Service vehicle.
Perform on-site maintenance and repairs, including: battery and wiper blade replacements, software updates, recall services and other basic repairs.
Coordinate with customers and independent automotive retailers to schedule recall services.
