Pugmire Ford of Cartersville is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to deliver dealership-quality service at customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations. In this customer-facing role, you will travel in a dealership-provided van, follow daily routes, perform maintenance and recalls, and document repairs while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications

• Automotive or mechanical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical and diagnostic aptitude.
• Comfortable using tablets and diagnostic equipment.
• ASE/Ford certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily route and appointments provided by the Mobile Service Coordinator.
• Travel to customer and fleet locations in a dealership-provided Mobile Service Van.
• Perform maintenance, light repairs, recalls, and scheduled fleet services.
• Provide professional, friendly service while interacting directly with customers.
• Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately.
• Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and parts for daily appointments.
