Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth, GA is seeking an Express Service Technician to provide high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs with efficiency, upholding safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and providing Video Multi-Point inspections to customers. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive lube technician preferred.
• Experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge in automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.
• Communicate service recommendations and vehicle updates to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers.
