Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group is seeking an Entry Level Express Service Advisor at our Aurora, CO location. You will engage customers on service needs, discuss desired services, and determine maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.

This full-time role offers a commission-based pay range of $55,000 to $70,000, plus benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities in a hospitality-driven team dedicated to guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by discussing with the customer the services desired
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
• Review vehicle inspections estimates, and recommend proper maintenance care to the customer
• Review daily technician roster; distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
