Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a skilled service technician. Location: 580 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012. Work Monday through Friday on a flat rate pay structure between $25 and $50 per hour, with the application window closing September 30, 2026.

You will service vehicles, inspect engines and components, and work with a team to hit dealership goals. Must have 2+ years as a mainline technician, own tools, and a valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as mainline technician in a professional dealership or automotive service center.
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase knowledge & technical skills.
• Your own complete and up-to-date set of tools.
• You must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles in a timely and proficient manner for routine scheduled and regular maintenance.
• Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed.
• Work with your team toward achieving dealership, group, and manufacturer goals and benchmarks.
• Efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals.
