Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time guest experience associate to park, move and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently. The role supports showroom operations and ensures a neat, secure lot in line with dealership standards.

Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00, with Tuesday through Saturday schedules and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, disability coverage, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and safely park, move and retrieve vehicles without causing damage.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Open doors and assist customers entering and leaving the dealership.
• Direct guests to the reception area or introduce them to the appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, as needed.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles.
• Transport vehicles between dealerships.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
