Schomp Automotive Group is seeking an Entry Level Express Service Advisor at our Aurora, CO location. This full-time role involves engaging with guests, initiating services, and guiding maintenance decisions based on vehicle history and inspections.

You’ll coordinate with technicians to assign work efficiently and ensure invoices match the services performed. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 with opportunities for growth within the Schomp network.

Responsibilities

• The Entry Level Express Service Advisor will initiate automotive services and repairs by discussing with the customer the services desired.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
• Review vehicle inspections estimates, and recommend proper maintenance care to the customer.
• Review daily technician roster; distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
