Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Sample Coordinator in Manhattan Beach, CA to manage footwear samples for the assigned division, maintain showrooms, and coordinate sample shipments for events and meetings. You will work with sales reps and product teams to ensure samples are available on time and accurately displayed.

The role requires organization, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with travel by company vehicle as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1-2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point); Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division’s showrooms multiple times a day.
• Organize showroom walls and audit rooms weekly.
• Add new styles to showroom walls and remove outdated ones.
• Ensure most up-to-date sample is in the showroom.
• Create table displays of key styles.
• Prepare showrooms for meetings and photoshoots.
• Coordinate sample shipments and distributions for domestic and international conferences and trade shows.
• Track orders and ETD with Asia offices.
• Fulfill sample requests and provide ETA and tracking information.
• Audit line sheets for product information and images.
