Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a detail‑oriented Sample Coordinator to oversee footwear samples for the division, coordinate requests and shipments, and keep showrooms stocked with the most current styles for meetings and events.

You will organize showroom walls, manage sample inflow and outflow, coordinate shipments for conferences and photo shoots, and work with sales and product teams to plan sample use.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1-2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division's showrooms several times daily.
• Organize showroom walls and audit rooms weekly.
• Add new styles to showroom walls; remove reduced styles.
• Ensure up-to-date samples are displayed and arrange table displays of key styles.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots.
• Distribute development, sample, and national account samples to the appropriate people.
