Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Sample Coordinator in Manhattan Beach to manage footwear samples across divisions. You will organize showroom walls, track sample inflow and outflow, and coordinate shipments for domestic and international events and photo shoots.

You will work closely with Sales and Product teams, ensure latest samples are displayed online, and maintain accurate sample logs. This is an on‑site role requiring strong organization and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized; able to take direction and work independently.
• 1-2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point); Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division's showrooms multiple times a day.
• Organize showroom walls, audit rooms weekly, and add/remove styles as needed.
• Maintain correct sample display; create tables and ensure latest samples.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international events and shoots.
• Track orders, manage sample requests, and provide ETA and tracking information.
• Work with Sales and Product teams to manage NA/SLS/INA/CAN samples.
• Print development reports and support monthly rotational duties related to samples.
