Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Sample Coordinator in Manhattan Beach to manage footwear samples across divisions, coordinate showroom updates, and oversee sample inflow/outflow. You will work with sales reps and the product team to ensure timely availability of samples for meetings, tradeshows, and photoshoots.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to travel between Skechers offices using company vehicles. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to move and lift boxes of footwear samples between buildings.
• Willingness to travel by company vehicle between Skechers offices in Manhattan Beach.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division's showrooms multiple times a day.
• Organize showroom walls; audit rooms weekly and add new styles.
• Remove reduced/dropped styles; ensure most current samples are shown.
• Create displays for key styles and prepare production samples for approval.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international events; track ETD.
• Fulfill sample requests with ETA and tracking; manage timelines with teams.
• Distribute incoming samples to the appropriate people; assist Sales and Product teams.
