Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. in Manhattan Beach seeks a Sample Coordinator to manage assigned division’s footwear samples and coordinate requests and shipments. You will maintain showroom readiness and ensure timely deliveries for events and meetings.

Responsibilities include organizing showroom walls, auditing rooms, and collaborating with sales and product teams to optimize sample use. A background in product development or fashion is preferred, with 1–2 years’ relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1–2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division’s showrooms multiple times a day and audit rooms weekly.
• Organize showroom walls, add new styles, remove outdated items, and create tables displays of key styles.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots; track ETDs and ensure on-time delivery.
