The Skechers USA Ltd. Manhattan Beach office is seeking a detailed Sample Coordinator to manage footwear samples across divisions, coordinate requests, and ensure timely showrooms updates.

Responsibilities include maintaining showroom walls, organizing sample inflow/outflow, coordinating shipments for conferences and trade shows, and collaborating with Sales and Product teams to keep sample inventories accurate.

Formación

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Office environment or footwear retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain the assigned division’s showrooms daily.
• Coordinate sample shipments and organize showrooms for meetings and events.
• Track sample inflow/outflow and ensure the latest styles are displayed.
• Support coordination with Sales and Product teams for sample needs.
