Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to create an excellent shopping experience by upholding service standards, promoting promotions, and assisting customers with courtesy. You will help maintain merchandise presentation and accuracy of cash handling.

You will develop product knowledge, support inventories, and process all sales through the POS terminal in accordance with policy. Strong interpersonal, communication, and math skills are essential.

Qualifications
