Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to deliver outstanding service and promote store initiatives. You will drive sales while adhering to company policies, and support merchandise presentation and stock management.

Role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic communication, math aptitude, and prior retail experience. You will work with a team to maintain clean, well-organized sales floor and participate in promotions and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers and colleagues.
• Basic verbal and non-verbal communication, organizational abilities, and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, ideally specialty footwear.
• Knowledge of store presentation standards and visual merchandising.
