Rack Room Shoes is seeking a customer-focused associate to uphold our service standards and assist customers on the sales floor. You will help maintain product presentation, handle cash and POS transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

A strong team player with basic math and communication skills is preferred. The role emphasizes knowledge of current promotions, proper merchandise stocking, loss prevention awareness, and inventory support in a fast-paced footwear retail

Responsabilidades

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers by upholding service standards and a positive attitude.
• Stay aware of current promotions and communicate them to customers.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is neatly arranged and visible.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills to assist customers.
• Be mindful of Loss Prevention concerns with customers and staff.
• Participate in physical inventories and assist in receiving merchandise.
• Handle cashier duties and process all sales and POS transactions per policy.
• Ensure shoes are matched correctly during checkout.
