Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Customer Service driven Sales Associate to deliver our service standards, assist shoppers, and participate in store promotions. You will help maintain merchandise presentation and ensure accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards.

• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged.
• Handle cash and process POS transactions accurately and securely.
• Participate in inventories and assist with receiving merchandise.
