Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold service standards, assist customers, and drive sales in a store environment. You will manage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy, representing the brand professionally to every guest.

The role requires maintaining store presentation, product knowledge, and collaboration with management to meet goals while supporting loss prevention and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure stock is well arranged and merchandised; keep areas clean and organized.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts for customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merch placement as needed.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately; verify mates for shoes.
