Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver excellent service and drive sales in our store. You will greet customers, assist with footwear fitting, and maintain accurate cash drawer while following company policies.

You’ll help present the merchandise, participate in inventories, and support promotions and loyalty programs. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, basic math skills, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
