New Balance in Bethesda Row, MD is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operations and exemplary customer service. You will use product knowledge to assist customers throughout the purchase, including explaining features and benefits and guiding them to the right NB product.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• People person with strong customer service.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and math skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities
