The role requires solid customer service, basic math and communication skills, and experience in footwear retail. You will collaborate with store management and peers to achieve district goals.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers and staff.
• Basic communication and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of store presentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Create an excellent shopping experience following service standards.
• Promote promotions and rewards programs.
• Maintain stock presentation and store cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be aware of Loss Prevention concerns for customers and staff.
• Assist in inventories, shipping, receiving, and floor merchandising.
• Process sales via POS and ensure shoes are matched correctly.
