Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Basic communication and math skills are required.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear or specialty retail.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Visual merchandising and store presentation basics.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers following service standards.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and merchandise presentation.
• Assist in stock organization, inventory, and store cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and securely.
