Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will welcome customers, assist with finding perfect fits, and uphold the Famous Footwear standards across our brands.

You thrive in a team setting, staying informed on trends, sharing knowledge with customers, and driving store performance with enthusiasm, integrity, and a passion for shoes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with team members at all levels.
• Independent judgment when working with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory while keeping the store clean and organized.
