Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain an inviting store environment. You will be a team player, stay informed on trends, and share knowledge with customers to build loyalty to our brands and company.

You’ll manage daily store tasks, engage customers with the Famous Footwear experience, and motivate teammates to achieve sales goals while upholding integrity and inclusivity in a fast-paced, fashion-forward setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments and a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
