Job summary

Caleres, home to Famous Footwear, is hiring a Sales Associate to create an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You will help customers find the perfect styles across Famous Footwear and other Caleres brands, while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

You will engage with customers, stay informed about trends, and support with training and development as needed. A positive, team-oriented mindset is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
