New Balance in Mebane, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, apply product knowledge, and guide customers through the purchase journey.

You will work with a team, maintain floor presentation, assist with fitting NB products, and participate in promotions; weekend availability and a friendly attitude are valued; training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary) and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the guest service model.
• Understand the customer's needs and educate on product features and benefits.
• Tran sa ct the sale through suggestive selling and closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced correctly.
