Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle products in Baltimore, Maryland to drive growth of the DePuy Synthes portfolio, manage surgeon relationships, and achieve sales targets in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include presenting products to surgeons, developing new business, providing case coverage in OR settings, and maintaining clinical relationships with key stakeholders to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience; or Associate's degree/CST with 6+ years orthopedic/trauma experience.
• Minimum 3 years selling, account management, or related experience.
• Ability to work in operating room and laboratory environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate to territory.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in Foot & Ankle product portfolio and present products to surgeons and healthcare facilities
• Develop new business opportunities while supporting existing F&A customer accounts in assigned geography
• Provide case coverage and intraoperative support to surgeons and operating room personnel
• Establish and maintain clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and hospital evaluators
• Achieve sales quotas and financial targets through territory management and account growth
