Stryker Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks a Field-based Intern for Orthopaedic Sales to gain hands-on exposure to the sales process and medical technology in a real-world setting.

You will shadow Sales Associates, assist with account targeting, kit delivery, and warehouse support while developing selling skills and product knowledge. Travel ~40% with potential housing or stipend depending on location.

Formación

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in a related field; must enroll in a degree program after summer.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or U.S. citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow Sales Associates and Operations Team Members to learn branch operations.
• Prepare a project segment to target accounts or develop marketing strategies.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use techniques with coaching support.
• Shadow and assist Team Members in delivery of kits to accounts.
• Assist in warehouse tasks: assemble/break down instrument kits, prep products for surgery.
• Interact with various teams about products.
• Assist teams with special projects as assigned.
