Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Intern for Orthopaedic Sales in the United States. You will shadow Sales Associates and Operations, build a target account list, and learn selling and instrument use techniques under guidance.

You will assist with kit delivery, warehouse prep for surgeries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel is around 40%, with hourly wages from 20 to 35 and a sign-on bonus plus housing or living stipend.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in related field; must enroll in degree-seeking program after summer.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• U.S. permanent resident or U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn branch operations and attend/prepare sales presentations.
• Develop a project segment to create a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use techniques with coaching from sales teams.
• Assist with kit delivery and warehouse prep for surgeries.
• Interact with cross-functional teams regarding products.
