Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States is offering a field-based Sales Intern position within Orthopaedics. This internship provides exposure to sales processes, product demonstrations, and collaboration across the branch teams.

You will shadow Sales Associates, study target accounts, and assist with kit preparation and deliveries while developing business acumen and leadership skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and plan to enroll in a degree-seeking program after the summer.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be a permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn all aspects of the branch and assist with a sales presentation.
• Develop a project segment to create a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument usage techniques with coaching from Sales team members.
• Shadow Drivers with the delivery of kits to and from accounts and assist in warehouse tasks.
• Interact with cross-functional teams about products and participate in special projects.
