Stryker Corporation invites motivated students for a Field-based Intern, Ortho Sales role in the United States. You will shadow Sales Associates, assist with account targeting, and learn selling and instrument-use techniques under guidance, while supporting warehouse and delivery tasks.

Travel about 40% and opportunities to engage with cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused strategies—perfect to build leadership and business acumen in a medical technology setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and plan to enroll after summer.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen and have strong communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates and Operations Members to learn branch operations and presentations.
• Develop a project segment to target accounts or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use with guidance from team members.
• Assist with kit delivery and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with teams on product-related interactions and special projects.
